Good afternoon All-Stars,

The final meet of the season is tomorrow night and it will be fast and hot. Don't forget to bring plenty of water for your swimmer. 

Meet date: Tuesday, June 30, 2026. 

• 4:00 PM — Swimmer arrival in tent city.

• Warm-up sessions: 4:20 PM to 4:50 PM and 4:55 PM to 5:25 PM. 

• Coaches’ relays: 5:35 PM start time with 2 fun relays and 1 serious relay planned. 

• Meet start: 6:00 PM. 

• Please review the meet-day information and appendices below before arriving.

I am leaving it up to tent parents to decide how they want to divide up the swimmers/duties as we have kids across all age groups and events. All of you are experienced and know that the break from first shift to second is very approximate so please pay attention (especially if you sign up for timer second shift) 

Per the attached meet information we get a total of 3 tents for our team to sit under - if you sign up to help me set-up please recognize we need to be there at 3pm but swimmers aren't required until 4. 

Please see Figure 2 on page 4 for spectator parking areas. 

Please go online and sign up for a volunteer spot, we only have a few to fill since Chad, Barry and Kim have already covered some for the team.
