Good morning parents,

Apologies for all of the recent emails, unfortunately having to reschedule the June 5 swim meet meant we had to condense a lot of items into a short amount of time. I will be sending out an email with items for Saturday's MORNING swim meet later today. Today's list is short but I need to get it out there. So please read all of the items below:

• Meet Of Champs (MOC) and All-Star declarations are do by 11:59pm SUNDAY (6/21) NIGHT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not declare you swimmers eligible for MOC on 6/27 and All Stars on 6/30 by the Sunday night deadline they will get passed over - again no exceptions as there is a limited number each team gets and we will not bump another swimmer because you "forgot".
  • Please log into Swimtopia and click on MEET ENTRY for both Meet Of Champions and All-Star Meet to declare your swimmer eligible or not eligible.
  • Coaches will spend Monday morning (6/22) making calls to parents if their swimmer(s) were eligible. 
  • We will have modified practices Tuesday - Friday next week, please be on the lookout for updated times.
  • We will open up the job sign-ups for MOC next Monday and due to the limited number of swimmers/families all families who have a swimmer will be required to volunteer.
• End Of Season Party is Wednesday June 24th! Please log into your swimtopia account and RSVP so we know approximately how many people will be attending so we can order enough Pizza. It is back at the Swim Team pool this year and I know we are all looking forward to seeing the coaches best cannon balls off the diving board. 
• We are still looking to fill some volunteer spots tomorrow morning and could still use some extra help. 
• IT WILL BE HOT TOMORROW SO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BRING ENOUGH ICE AND WATER FOR YOUR SWIMMERS AND FAMILY.
