Parents,

As we get close to our last dual meet Saturday morning we are in desperate need of additional volunteers, especially 2nd shift. I know many of you have exceeded your 4 point minimum and as a board we are very appreciative of it. We know it will be hot and everyone will be struggling especially as the meet continues however the best way to run an efficient meet is to have all of the volunteer shifts filled. If we are unable to fill volunteer shifts tomorrow we will be spreading the current ones thin and your child may miss an event (not enough tent parents) or the meet will take longer than it should if we have to find timers to fill spots (currently the second largest need). 

The last thing the board would like to do next year is raise the points required minimum to 5 instead of 4 or force parents to work double shifts, as I know many of you have done this season, for the same point count. As we have stated in our meet emails, these swim meets can't run without volunteers so please go online tonight and fill a shift so we don't have delays Saturday that will make an already long day even longer. 

To sign up for a shift, sign into your Swimtopia account -> Under Upcoming Events click Job SignUp under the meet on 6/20 -> Click the Green "Sign Up For Jobs" button than pick a job. 

If you are unable to go online and add yourself to a shift please email Pete at [email protected] and he can sign you up as a floater on Saturday so we can plug you in as needed.
