Good afternoon Parents,

We need EVERYONE to log into your Swimtopia account and check your points as we had the settings set for 3 points to register your swimmers but you need 4 points to avoid the $300 per point penalty for not meeting your volunteer requirements - per the contract you signed when you signed your swimmer(s) up. Apologies for this oversight during registration. Two things to note:

• If you don't show up for your assigned duties we will review at the end of the year and fine you.
• We have opened up the meets for you to edit you can remove or change your shifts as needed.

All of this needs to be completed by 11:00pm on 5/10. If you are unable to complete or have any questions please email Pete at [email protected].

One additional item is that we have opened up meet declarations for your swimmer(s) for the upcoming meets. I will send out instructions later this week for all the new parents.
