Saturday Meet against SMST

Please Read Fully! Swimmers need to be at the pool by 6:45AM - Warmups start at 7! Set-up crew, I NEED YOU AT THE POOL BY 6:15AM

Hello Gators!

We have our first home Saturday meet and need to be at the pool early!

Few Key Things to Remember for Home Meets:

Please make sure your kids are declared for the meet! If they aren't declared as being available for the meet they won't be on the heat sheet and won't be able to swim. We do our best to run an efficient meet and we can't do that if the coaches need to make changes.

Please make sure your kids know to stay with their specific tent. We are working to run a fast and efficient meet. If kids leave the tent area they may miss their swim.

Bring folding chairs for your kids and adults. If you want a place to sit you will need to bring your chair.

Remember there is no parking directly in front of the pool. This is drop off only. Additionally we need this space to set up our food trucks!

Check your volunteer assignments! We cannot put on a successful meet without support from our volunteers. If you have questions, contact Vicki, our volunteer guru! If you check in for a volunteer spot you need to show up. No shows create delays to an already long swim meet. We had people check in and not show up to their duties. Reminder this is grounds for fines and dismissal from the team.

We cannot have a great swim season without amazing volunteers

Note: We had a lot of folks leave prior to the medley relay. We will be striving to put all swimmers in a relay this meet. Please stay the duration of the meet.

Our meet against Seven Meadows will take place at 8am on Saturday, June 14, 2024 at the home. Our theme is Camo!

Wear your Gator gear.

Please be good hosts and show The Sailfish our best respect and sportsmanship. Remind your swimmers to stay in their lane until everyone is finished. And make sure they say "good swim!" Our coaches will remind everyone as well. Thank you for your support in this effort.

REMINDERS FOR OUR PARENTS:

DO NOT let your swimmer wander around the meet-especially the 6 and unders.

Your swimmer MUST stay in their assigned lanes or their time & score may not be counted.

DO NOT leave before the conclusion of your swimmers' races and check out with team parent before leaving the meet.

DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT UNLESS YOU ARE BOARD OR COACHES: THESE SPACES ARE RESERVED!
