Hello Gators!

Meet of Champs is Saturday and we will be swimming fast! MOC is at Jordan High School - 27500 Fulshear Bend Dr, Fulshear. Parking will be on the south side of the natatorium.

• Set-up volunteers please be there at 1:30pm to help with tents and tables.
• Swimmers arrive at 2pm
• The meet will start at 3:30pm.

Few Key Things to Remember for Meets!

Please make sure your kids know to stay with their specific tent. We are working to run a fast efficient meet. If kids leave the tent area they may miss their swim.

Bring folding chairs for your kids and adults.

IF YOU HAVE A CHILD SWIMMING IN MOC YOU NEED TO VOLUNTEER! 

We cannot have a great swim season without amazing volunteers. Vicky will be sending out a link with openings and we need all the parents of MOC swimmers to volunteer as we have limited swimmers which means limited parents. Please sign up willingly or Vicky will assign you a job.

Concessions and food trucks will be set-up with food and drinks available for purchase.

Wear your Gator gear.

Remind your swimmers to stay in their lane until everyone is finished. And make sure they say "good swim!" Our coaches will remind everyone as well. Thank you for your support in this effort.

REMINDERS FOR OUR PARENTS:

DO NOT let your swimmer wander around the meet-especially the 6 and unders.

Your swimmer MUST stay in their assigned lanes or their time & score may not be counted.

DO NOT leave before the conclusion of your swimmers' races and check out with team parent before leaving the meet.

All Teams need to set up outside the pool area. Spectators must rotate into the pool area then back to their chairs after the races.

Please pay close attention to arrival times:

1:30 PM Set up volunteers arrives, console arrives.

2:00 PM Swimmers and coaches arrive

2:30 Warm-Ups start

3:00 PM Timers and Officials Meeting

3:25 PM National Anthem

3:30 PM Meet Starts

Heat Sheets will be made available on Swimtopia: 12 hours prior to the meet.
