Hello Gators!

We have another meet tomorrow! Get Ready to swim fast. This is a quick turnaround; I know my kids loved the meet but were moving slow this morning! Before we jump into the details of the next meet I wanted review some lessons learned.

• Please make sure your kids know to stay with their specific tent. We are working to run a fast efficient meet. If kids leave the tent area they may miss their swim.
• Bring folding chairs for your kids, this will be especially important tomorrow at Seven Lakes High School.
• If you are part of the break down crew. As soon as the sun goes down, we break down the tents. This is not the end of break down responsibility. We also need to breakdown the ready benches, concessions etc.

I wanted to say thank you to all of our volunteers especially those that took on new roles this year. We cannot have a great swim season without amazing volunteers

Our meet against Seven Meadows will take place on Thursday evening (June 2nd) at the Seven Lakes High School pool . Let's get ready - our theme is Hawaiian.

Please be good guests and show Seven Meadows our best respect and sportsmanship.

REMINDERS FOR OUR PARENTS:

DO NOT let your swimmer wander around the meet-especially the 6 and unders.

Your swimmer MUST stay in their assigned lanes or their time & score may not be counted.

DO NOT leave before the conclusion of your swimmers' races and check out with team parent before leaving the meet.

Please pay close attention to arrival times:

4.30pm. Pool open for visitors

4.30pm. Volunteer sign in Assistants & Console operators arrive

4.45pm. Team Parent and Floaters arrive

5.00pm Swimmers arrive

5.00pm. (All other volunteers arrive: Timers, judges, runners, ribbons, hospitality, etc.)

5.25pm Grand Lakes Warm Up

6.00pm. Meet Start time

SPECTATOR SEATING:

Spectators may come inside to watch their swimmers only. Please be mindful and allow other families to see their swimmer and not "camp out" This will be a good example of how MOC and ASM will work. Watch your child swim and rotate back outside.
